These seem like some good suggestions, although since I have the BRCA2 gene sometimes I feel like I was just doomed. Hope you are feeling well.
ReplyDeleteDamn BRCA2. How much research has been done to see whether preventative measures (diet, exercise, supplements) help with slowing tumour development or improving response to treatment? I've done very little research into the genetic component since I got my tumour the good old fashioned way - early menstruator, late baby-maker, moderate drinker. :-) Didn't help that I breast fed my boys forever!
ReplyDeleteToday I am feeling fine. I hope you are having a beautiful day in your part of the world. Here on the west coast of BC we are having lots of lovely vitamin D.
That seems like a good summary to print out and paste in a visible spot. Too bad it isn't all as easy as vitamin D!
ReplyDeleteGood idea. Into my tea cupboard it goes!
