Among the tips - kale chips, greens in smoothies, planting a garden and, and my favourite, talking with them about why vegetables are important. ReplyDeleteHi Nancy - thanks for coming by. Oooh salt - I love it. That's why it's important to cut back during cooking, so you can save it up for when it really makes a difference. Like salted caramels. Yum. Or oven baked sweet potato fries with Maldon salt. :-) Crap - now I'm hungry.
